Talbot Olivier has promoted Jennifer Keane and Kristine Warman to the level of senior associate in the firm's litigation and criminal practice groups, respectively.

Keane advises corporate clients on a range of dispute matters, particularly in mining and construction, on the conduct and management of litigation.

Warman's practice focuses on corporate and white-collar crime, including insider-trading offences against the Corporations Act and taxation laws. She has international experience advising on cases involving allegations of fraud, especially in the UK. She provides advice to clients at the investigation stage as well as representation throughout the court process.
