Leaving the partnership of mid-tier Adelaide firm Tindall Gask Bentley, Rod Foster Jones and Donna Benge have joined Piper Alderman's Adelaide office as special counsels, bringing with them lawyer Angela Burford.

A senior property and commercial lawyer, Jones brings over 15 years' experience in commercial property, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial issues, intellectual property, trade practices and dispute resolution.

Benge is a senior lawyer with close to 10 years' experience in wills, estates and succession planning, as well as advising on business structures and self-managed superannuation funds for individuals and businesses.

"Our three new team members join Piper Alderman at an exciting time," said the head of the firm's Adelaide office, Tony Britten-Jones. "Piper Alderman is undergoing a revitalisation in the South Australian market with the announcement of our move to new premises next year."
