McMahon Clarke Legal has appointed funds management specialist Mark Ghusn as senior associate.

Ghusn joins McMahon's funds management team upon his recent return to Australia from the financial services teams of two major London law firms, including Berwin Leighton Paisner.

He has experience advising banks, investment firms, derivatives dealers and commodity trading firms about financial markets law.

In his new role, Ghusn will advise on property funds, product disclosure statements and complex acquisitions and funding arrangements.
