Gilbert + Tobin has recruited former Allens Arthur Robinson senior associate Alexander Danne as a partner in its banking and finance group.

His appointment follows G + T's recent poaching of leading corporate restructuring partner Dominic Emmett from Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
