She provides strategic advice on planning and environmental law issues affecting existing and proposed developments.
Schroor has represented developers at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and at panel hearings, seeking planning approval for a range of developments including retail, mixed use, industrial and freeway service centre developments in urban and rural areas.
