ABLA hires new managing director
Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors (ABLA) has taken on industrial relations lawyer Heinz Lepahe and his team in Queensland this month.
Lepahe, who joins as managing director, brings experience acting for top-tier companies and Government on complex workplace matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Formerly a partner at Mills Oakley Lawyers, he has a strong practice in large-scale bargaining, corporate change management and reorganisation. Lepahe also teaches workplace law to students enrolled in the School of Law undergraduate law degree course at Griffith University.
Lepahe joins the firm alongside senior associate Lyndon Burke and lawyer Thea Price.
They will join the firm’s existing workplace team in Brisbane, which is relocating to new premises in Felix Street in late April.
