A&O nabs Credit Suisse counsel

Allen & Overy has appointed former Credit Suisse counsel Anand Sundaraj as a senior associate in its Sydney-based equity capital markets team.

As a senior counsel at Credit Suisse, Sundaraj advised on investment banking transactions including the IPOs of QR National, Westfield Retail Trust and Myer; the privatisation of electricity generation and retail assets in NSW; and rights offers for Woodside Petroleum, BlueScope Steel and Goodman Fielder.
