Key players: Ashurst corporate partners Ian Williams and Phil Breden led the transaction for SK with support from Graeme Tucker (banking), Stephen Woodbury (employment) and Michael Astill (resources).

Deal significance: Cockatoo Coal Limited and SK Networks Co Ltd entered into a term sheet for a proposed transaction under which SK Networks intends to subscribe for approximately 581.1 million Cockatoo shares at an issue price of $0.535 per share.
