LAW FIRM Simmons & Simmons has appointed a new real estate team to its Paris office. Led by Edouard Vitry, avocat and Chartered Surveyor MRICS, the four-member team previously worked at Richards Butler Paris.

A French-qualified avocat with 14 years’ experience in real estate, Vitry joined the Paris office of Richards Butler in 2001 to help set up their Paris real estate department.

Vitry has developed a national and international real estate practice acting for investment funds, banks, property companies, developers and insurance companies. He is well known in the French market for his expertise in real estate investment, property finance, construction and commercial leases.
