CLAYTON UTZ was last week proud to announce that its role in the Queensland Public Interest Law Clearing House (QPILCH) has assisted Queensland Consumer Law Advice Clinic, which was recognised recently as the winner of the state’s Award for Excellence in Consumer Protection.

 
 

The Clinic provides free legal assistance and advice to people with problems relating to consumer credit, debt and related legal transactions. Operating since August 2004, the Clinic is a joint consumer advocacy initiative of QPILCH and the University of Queensland Law School, with support from Clayton Utz.
