Business information provider LegalCo Limited has appointed its new managing director and chief executive officer.
With more than 16 years experience in Australian retail financial services, he has held a number of senior roles, including ING’s head of direct banking. More recently, he was the Asia Pacific CEO for the Nasdaq-listed MonsterWorldwide Group.
The board now comprises six directors, including John Kehoe, Barbara Moore, Phillip Anderson, and Ian Payne and Andre Guichon as non-executive directors.
