DIBBS ABBOTT Stillman has strengthened their banking and finance expertise, appointing Siew Ling Lian as a partner in the firm’s Melbourne office.

 
 

Lian, who joins the firm from Mills Oakley, acts predominantly for banks, financial institutions and private lenders. She has significant experience advising clients in relation to loan and securities documentation, including mortgages of land, leases and shares, company charges, assignments of contractual rights, deeds of priority, due diligence on joint venture documents, contracts of sale and leases and multi-state stamp duty on securities.

She has acted on major finance projects within the Melbourne CBD and the greater metropolitan area.
