QUEENSLAND PERSONAL injuries firm Trilby Misso has unveiled a new client service charter based on the United National Guidelines for Consumer Protection.

The aim of the charter is to enforce high levels of ethical conduct in servicing clients, and a penalty of $50 is payable by the firm if it fails on any of the promises outlined in the charter.

The firm’s chief executive officer, Graeme McFadyen, said that the charter includes promises of accessibility, informing clients, client security and privacy and commitments to clients, the community and the environment.

“We’re proud to be able to introduce this charter, which will be independently audited each year, allowing clients to monitor the level of service we provide them,” he said.
