The new artificial intelligence (AI) tool will provide more engaging and personalised professional development for lawyers completing online learning in Australia – and is the first of its kind in the legal training space worldwide.

Developed using cutting-edge generative AI technology, the feature is able to adapt to individual learning styles, meeting learners at their level and responding to provide a personalised learning journey.

The AI chatbot enables lawyers to have personalised interactions within the LawCPD course and offers customised feedback and guidance, ensuring that each learning experience is tailored to the student’s needs and learning pace.

Lee, a recent course participant, said that “the AI chatbot truly impressed me with its interactive capabilities”.

Natalie, another user, added that “engaging with the chatbot felt like having a real conversation, which really improved my learning experience”.

Co-founder of LawCPD Sarah Mateljan said the tool is set to change the landscape of online legal education.

“This groundbreaking AI-powered feature signifies a huge shift in online education,” she said.

“It aligns with our mission to offer innovative and accessible training solutions, reshaping how legal professionals upskill and stay compliant.”
