A KEY body representing graduate recruiters in the UK has found that law firm graduates are now the highest paid of all graduates in Britain.

As reported by rollonfriday.com, a survey undertaken by the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) has found that law firm graduates earn on average £36,500 ($75,000), compared with the average graduate salary of £25,500.

And for the first time, law firm graduates have even slipped in ahead of their banking counterparts, who can now expect to earn an average of £35,000.

However, a spokesperson for AGR told rollonfriday that further law firm graduate salary rises were unlikely in the foreseeable future.

We're evolving — and so should your insights. Heads up — Lawyers Weekly is going premium from 1 May for just $5 a month. Stay informed without missing a beat. More information coming soon.
