LINKLATERS HAS joined Slaughter & May at the top of the Hemscott rankings of legal advisers to FTSE 100 companies, legal week.com reports. Slaughter & May has dominated the rankings since they were first released in 2005, but the third-quarter ranking shows both firms are now advising 25 FTSE 100 companies. Linklaters upped its count in the last quarter by bringing on financial services firm Friends Provident as a client.
