Freshfields dominates German deals count

FRESHFIELDS BRUCKHAUS Deringer has dominated its rivals in the German M&A rankings over the last three years, legalweek.com reports. Mergermarket data shows Freshfields advised on 40 per cent more German deals than the number-two firm, Clifford Chance, with roles on 278 deals worth 229.2 billion ($388 billion) since September 2006.
