HALL & WILCOX senior partner Keith James and McCullough Robertson chairman Brett Heading have been reappointed to the Board of Taxation.

 
 

The Board of taxation is a non-statutory body established to advise the Government on the development and implementation of taxation legislation as well as the ongoing operation of the tax system. James has been a member since March 2004 and Heading since its inception in 2000.

James and Heading join the board’s chairman. Richard Warbuton, and deputy chairman, Chris Jordon. Warbuton, who is also the chairman of Tandou Ltd and Magellan Flagship Fund Ltd, has been the Board’s chairman since its inception in 2000. Jordon,who is the chairman of KPMG for NSW, has been deputy chairman since 2005 and a board member since 2000.
