Clayton Utz has today announced that Darryl McDonough has been appointed as the firm's new chief executive partner, effective from 30 June 2010.

 
 

NEWLY APPOINTED: Clayton Utz's new chief executive partner, Darryl McDonough
McDonough takes over from David Fagan, who has held the position since 2001.

McDonough is an M&A specialist who joined the firm in 1993. He will take up the chief executive partner role for a three year term.

Announcing the appointment, chair of the Clayton Utz board Linda Evans said: "Darryl is a strong leader with deep commercial and board experience. He is strongly committed to Clayton Utz and its values and has the skills, vision and drive to guide the firm through its next stage of development."
