Six of Clayton Utz's lawyers have been promoted to the partnership, effective 1 March 2010, following Allen & Overy's recent 14-partner raid.

The new partners are Matthew Daley and Alexander Schlosser from the financial services team in Sydney; Rohan Mishra from corporate advisory/M&A in Perth; Rory Moriarty from energy & resources in Sydney; Steven Power from the government services team in Canberra and Toby Ryston-Pratt from corporate advisory/M&A in Sydney.
