e.law has today (27 October) cemented its role in litigation by offering subjective legal review as part of its new specialised electronic discovery service, the first such provider to do so in the Asia-Pacific region.
e.law says that clients can utilise its qualified legal team to lead on subjective document review processes, offered 24 hours a day and in such a way that clients can reduce the cost of litigation in the process.
According to Rebecca Grant, e.law's head of e.courts & general counsel, the new service comes in direct response to the renewed emphasis on legal costs.
"The nature of legal outsourcing is changing and with clients placing greater focus on legal costs post GFC, we see the demand for this service increasing dramatically," she said.
Allison Stanfield, e.law's CEO added: "We have always prided ourselves on being trailblazers in the industry and in offering a level of service and quality that goes beyond the standard litigation support model."
