The College of Law has today (1 November) announced it will launch a Masters degree in the fast-growing practice area of wills and estates, commencing March 2011.

The only course of its type in Australia, the program focuses on practical skills and is a response to a growing demand for expertise in this area.

"The College is delighted to add wills and estates to tis growing portfolio of postgraduate applied law programs," said the chair of The College of Law board of directors, Joe Catanzariti. "With Australia's ageing population, this area is one that we are seeing growing demand for and we are already receiving enquiries about the 2011 program."

The Honourable Keith Mason QC AC will launch the new course at The College of Law offices in Sydney on 3 November.
