The Australian production of Dead Man Walking opened at Sydney's State Theatre last week.

In light of the opera's subject matter, members of the legal profession attended an exclusive performance last Friday - featuring a pre-show talk with the creative team and a chance to meet the cast at a cocktail party following the performance. Justice Palmer was the MC for the evening.

The show goes on at the State Theatre.
