Lander & Rogers has this week announced the appointment of four new partners, effective 1 July.

 
 

Michael Kavanagh, Radhika Mendis, Daniel Proietto and Lillian Rizkalla will join the firm's partnership from 1 July, bringing the firm's total number of female partners to 17 (32 per cent of all partners). In the last 12 months, the firm's partnership has grown by approximately 18 per cent.

"Our 2011 promotions reflect the continued expansion of the firm across all our practice areas," said Lander & Rogers chief executive partner, Andrew Willder.

Lander & Rogers has also promoted Rebecca Mulae and Mandy Tisler to the level of special counsel, as well as Stephanie Doyle, Peter Kritikides, Peter Mannfolk, Alex Rosales, Jennifer Smith, Scott Traeger, Victoria van Bavel, Liz Wild and Jessica Zikman to the position of senior associate.
