Clayton Utz played host to over 500 people last night (27 July) at a celebration to officially mark the relocation of its Sydney office to 1 Bligh Street, Sydney.

Officially opened by the Governor of New South Wales, professor Marie Bashir AC CVO, the firm's new Sydney premises accommodates over 850 Clayton Utz staff across 15 floors.

The Bligh Street development has obtained a six star green rating - the highest green star rating of any commercial high rise building in Sydney - with sustainability features such as a double-glass façade, a tri-generation electricity generation system, advanced water recycling technology, roof-mounted solar panels and one of Australia's largest green walls, with 11,000 native and exotic plants.
