PWC hires Gadens and SJ Berwin experts

PwC Australia has appointed two new directors to its legal services department.

Bettina Sheeran and Nick Brown join the firm in Sydney.

Sheeran joins PwC from Gadens Lawyers, where she was senior associate.

Sheeran specialises in advisory and transactional services in real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, leasing of commercial, retail and industrial real estate and providing advice in relation to the financing of real estate assets.

Brown, who worked at PwC for four years from 2002, has moved from SJ Berwin in London, where he was a solicitor for four years.

He has experience in private equity, energy and infrastructure transactions and advising funds management and private equity houses on strategic internal and external transactions.
