A year after launch, McDonald Phillips this week announced that a member of its Brisbane team has relocated to Melbourne to bolster the team there.
The firm says the move, which will see lawyer Anthony Cocolas move to Melbourne, is in keeping with its growth strategy. Cocolas himself has commercial litigation and insolvency experience.
As part of its expansion and change, the firm is now offering alternative billing arrangements. It now charges using a retainer, quotation, capped fees, the charging f fixed fees for specific stages of litigation as well as time costing.
