American firm Squire Sanders, which is rumoured to have plans to open an east coast office this year, has also made moves in Perth.

American firm Squire Sanders, which is rumoured to have plans to open an east coast office this year, has also made moves in Perth.

The firm, which has told media about plans to expand, is moving its Perth team this week after 20 years in the one location. The firm itself has confirmed this is an “exciting new chapter for our firm”.

After years at the top of Central Park in Perth the team at Squire Sanders Australia will move to the top two floors of Bankwest Place, Raine Square.

The firm says the new offices have been designed on work place of the future principles. All offices are of the same size, off-set from the windows and transparent so the benefit of light and views are shared by everyone.

The firm has built in collaborative spaces, with wifi to encourage team work, and a staff hub which flows out to a large balcony.

The firm even has a hotel area for visiting Squire Sanders staff.

“We are finding increasingly that we have more and more overseas staff coming to work in our offices on a temporary basis, so we have created a hotel area which is set up for those staff so that they can plug in and get to work without fuss.”

The new office is at Level 21, 300 Murray Street, Perth.
