A NEW ONLINE service has been launched in Australia offering legal document templates for sale to businesses and consumers.

The site, Net Lawman Australia, also invites lawyers to draft documents on areas not already covered on the site, and use the service to sell them.

Documents on the site cover a range of laws including employment contracts, powers of attorney, residential tenancy, software agreements and business terms and conditions.

A document drafting service, which takes a client's instructions via email, is also offered.

Andrew Taylor, chief executive of Net Lawman, said the service offered by email responses typically within 24 hours of client queries.

"The expansion of the web has meant that the use of virtual service providers is as popular as ever, and the launch of Net Lawman Australia enables residents across the entire country to obtain relevant documents instantly, without the need to travel," he said.

The service is also available in the UK, New Zealand, South Africa and India. The Australian site can be found at http://www.netlawman.com.au/.
