Carolyn Baker AM and Sue Forrester will both take up roles as non executive directors, joining current board members, chairman Chris Waller and executive directors Stephen Roche and Simon Morrison.

Baker is currently the chief executive officer of the Australian Institute of Management Queensland and Northern Territory. She is also chair of the Brisbane City Council Business Advisory Board, chair of the Griffith Business School Advisory Board, director of the Australian Institute of Management Queensland and Northern Territory and a director of PQ Lifestyles Pty Ltd. She brings more than a decade of experience running middle market businesses.

Forrester's 20 year career spans a diverse range of industries, and she is currently the chief executive of The CEO Institute. She is also a director with Ergon Energy Corporation Limited and the National Foundation for Australian Women, and a board advisor to several professional services firms.
