A-G makes 4 reappointments, 1 new appointment to AAT
Federal Attorney-General Christian Porter has announced four reappointments and one new appointment to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Peter Britten-Jones has been reappointed as a full-time deputy president, for seven years, and commenced his reappointment at the start of this month.

Brigadier Anthony Warner, Dr Christhilde Breheny and Julie Quinlivan were also reappointed, each as part-time tribunal members for five years, with their new terms commencing immediately following the conclusion of their current terms.
Matthew Groomm, a former general counsel and member of the Tasmanian State Parliament, has been appointed to the Tribunal as a full-time senior member for five years, commencing on 23 July.
“All of the appointees are highly qualified to undertake the important task of conducting merits review of government decisions,” Mr Porter said in a statement.
“On behalf of the government, I congratulate the appointees and I look forward to the contribution they will make to the tribunal.”
