Global partner goes to Gadens
Another corporate partner from K&L Gates has left the global firm in favour of national outfit Gadens.
Jol Rogers (pictured), a corporate and M&A partner, has accepted the new role after six years in K&L Gates’ partnership. He has taken former K&L senior associates Zoe Baré and Melissa Phillips across to Gadens in Melbourne.

The appointments follow the defection of another K&L Gates corporate partner, Adam Howell, who joined Gadens in Melbourne last month (23 April).
Mr Rogers started his legal career at Middletons, which merged with K&L Gates in 2013. He specialises in regulated and unregulated M&A, equity capital markets and other corporate advisory work.
His clients span the agribusiness, distribution and retail, financial services, health, manufacturing, mining, private equity and technology industries.
