King & Wood Mallesons has made a series of lateral hires, most recently recruiting an Ashurst partner.
Tim Klineberg (pictured) will join KWM’s banking and finance team at the Sydney office after four-and-a-half years at Ashurst.
KWM has recently recruited Chris Robertson, former partner at Allen & Overy; former general counsel and company secretary of Newcrest Mining, Scott Langford; and Clayton Utz partner David Cowling.
