Firm founder joins Colin Biggers & Paisley

The founder and director of Komesaroff Legal is the newest addition to Colin Biggers & Paisley’s Melbourne office.

Andrew Komesaroff (pictured) founded and ran his own law firm for eight years after leaving Corrs Chambers Westgarth in 2006.

He has experience in the energy and resources, forestry and manufacturing sectors. He has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and capital raisings, as well as managing compliance within complex regulatory frameworks.

His appointment brings Colin Biggers & Paisley's national partner numbers up to 62, double the number from three years ago.
