Scott Alden (pictured) has joined Holding Redlich’s construction and infrastructure group in its Sydney office.

Mr Alden has experience advising on all aspects of large infrastructure projects for both government and private sector clients.

He has significant expertise in the areas of government, water, procurement, ports and transport, universities, defence, social housing and IT.

Mr Alden is an active member of the NSW Law Society, including being on the Specialist Accreditation Advisory Board for Government and Administrative Law and the Law Council Construction Law Committee as well as being a Law Society Councillor (and Board member).

Holding Redlich’s national managing partner Ian Robertson said: “This is a time of change in the construction and infrastructure industry and Scott’s expertise and significant experience in advising on all aspects of major projects – from beginning to end – for both public and private clients makes him an excellent addition to our firm.”

Holding Redlich’s Sydney managing partner Stephen Trew said Mr Alden’s depth of knowledge and experience of NSW government infrastructure will be a great asset.

Holding Redlich also recently appointed Harry Kingsley, the former head of legal at Pacific National, to its Melbourne office.
