Ms Magraith (pictured) has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions, with a focus on equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions.

She has worked on some large transactions, including the $5.7 billion IPO of Medibank Private, Westpac's $3.5 billion entitlement offer, the $945 million block trade in Healthscope Limited and CBA's $3 billion offer of PERLS VII securities.

She has previously held roles as an executive director in JP Morgan’s equity capital markets team and assistant general counsel of JP Morgan’s Investment Bank.

The former head of Ashurst’s corporate practice in Melbourne and Perth also joined Baker & McKenzie in February.
