Ms Bartlett has previously held senior management roles at National Australia Bank, Jones Lang LaSalle Australia, and IBM Asia Pacific.

She is a non-executive director of Mirvac Limited, GBST Holdings Limited and The Smith Family. She is also a member of Chief Executive Women and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and of UNSW's Australian School of Business Advisory Board.
