Family lawyer swaps between Queensland firms

A family law specialist has left Kennedy Spanner Lawyers for Creevey Russell Lawyers.

Leith Sinclair (pictured) has joined Creevey Russell Lawyers as a senior solicitor in the firm’s personal law team.

Ms Sinclair holds a Master of Laws as well as a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology.

Creevey Russell Lawyers principal Dan Creevey said: “Leith is a highly experienced solicitor and a renowned practitioner in family law.”

He continued: “At her previous firm, Leith was the driving force behind the family law practice. I am sure she will be a tremendous addition to our personal law team.”

Creevey Russell Lawyers recently appointed partner Andrew Evans from HWL Ebsworth.
