A property and construction partner has joined Kain C+C from a rival boutique in Adelaide.

Mark Henderson (pictured) joined the firm’s property, construction and infrastructure practice earlier this week from Norman Waterhouse, where he was a partner for more than five years.

Previously, he had a stint practising at Trowers & Hamlins in the UK.

Mr Henderson will advise clients on property acquisitions, disposals and developments; infrastructure structuring, operations and transactions; and construction industry contracting for principals, contractors and sub-contractors.

Managing director John Kain said Mr Henderson’s local and international experience would be a boon to the firm’s PC&I practice.
