A Brisbane lawyer has left the commercial litigation practice of McInnes Wilson to take up an associate’s position with a rival law firm in Queensland.

Specialising in professional indemnity and professional risk claims, Ms Lehmann has more than six years’ defence experience working for professionals and general commercial dispute resolution.

The new Thynne + Macartney associate has acted for professionals and public and private companies in the legal, financial, property, and building and construction industries.

Ms Lehmann also has experience in the areas of employment practices liability, unfair dismissal and sexual harassment claims.
