Boutique brings on new principal

KHQ Lawyers has announced the appointment of a new principal who will head up its newly-established private wealth team.

Jack Stuk (pictured) is an experienced and respected tax and structuring lawyer, and is executive president of the National Tax Agents Association.

 
 

Mr Stuk has expertise in solving complex taxation matters, and advising on taxation issues in relation to commercial transactions and business structures.

He also has experience in advising on double taxation treaties and international taxation issues.

“We have been steadily building our private wealth capability to ensure that we are meeting the broader needs of our clients,” said David Kelly, founding director of KHQ Lawyers.
