Louise Edmonds (pictured) has a wealth of experience in conducting insurance claims and litigation, particularly in the areas of professional indemnity, directors' and officers' liability, and major construction project risk in Australia and internationally.

“Louise has a reputation as a leading insurance lawyer and her appointment will continue to strengthen our position as a leading legal practice in the insurance industry,” said Patrick Monahan, head of Colin Biggers & Paisley's insurance team.

Colin Biggers & Paisley recently appointed insurance partner David Giacomantonio to its Brisbane insurance practice.

The firm also recently suffered the loss of five construction lawyers, one secretary and one business developer to Gadens in Brisbane.
