Creevey Russell Lawyers announced on Wednesday that Sharne Lategan (pictured) has joined the firm’s dispute resolution group as an associate. Ms Lategan will join the firm’s Toowoomba office.

She joins Creevey Russell from Toowoomba firm Clifford Gouldson Lawyers, and previously worked for King & Wood Mallesons. Ms Lategan has extensive experience in dispute resolution, major projects and construction, according to Creevey Russell principal Dan Creevey.

“She has been involved in class actions, a royal commission, large-scale construction disputes and a number of adjudication applications,” Mr Creevey said.

“We look forward to Sharne’s contribution to our dispute resolution group.”

Ms Lategan said she was excited to contribute to the growth of the firm’s construction practice.

“I am very excited about the opportunity to join Creevey Russell Lawyers and to achieve successful outcomes for our highly valued clients,” she said.

“Given the construction boom in Toowoomba, I am particularly excited to draw on my unique combination of top-tier and local experience in growing the firm’s construction practice area.”
