Herbert Geer has hired a partner and a special counsel in its Sydney office.

 
 

Joining the firm as a partner is Andrew Bristow, who was previously a principal at

Macpherson and Kelley (M+K). Prior to that he was a partner at Holman Webb Lawyers and PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal.

Bristow has 25 years’ experience in the areas of public and private fundraising, conducting due diligence investigations, company and business acquisitions, corporate structuring, corporate governance and employee wealth creation.

His industry experience covers aircraft manufacture, transport, property development, and mining and agriculture.

Bristow is joined by Catriona Glover, who was a special counsel at M+K and Holman Webb, as well as a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal.
