Mills Oakley has hired an experienced property partner and his team from a rival firm.
Mills Oakley announced earlier this week that property partner Ben Gulan (pictured) has joined its Canberra office.
The new partner is experienced in property development, subdivisions, community title schemes and commercial and industrial property, according to a statement from Mills Oakley.
His clients include the ACT government, property developers, builders and several major banks. The firm said Mr Gulan will work closely with property partner Adam Peppinck to service both public and private sector clients.
Mills Oakley CEO John Nerurker welcomed Mr Gulan and his team, who have many clients in common with Mills Oakley’s Canberra office.
“Reaching 50 staff is a notable milestone for our Canberra office, but even more enhancements are planned and we look forward to making other announcements in coming weeks,” he said.
