The national law firm has welcomed Megan Bowe to the practice, who brings with her more than 10 years’ experience in workplace and industrial relations law.

According to a statement from CBP, Ms Bowe has assisted her clients across the entire employment life cycle from employee engagement, terms and conditions of employment and remuneration through to disciplinary and performance management processes and termination of employment. In addition, she has worked across a diverse range of industries, most notably the aged care industry, it said.

“Megan’s appointment follows closely behind Sara McRostie in Brisbane,” said CBP managing partner Nick Crennan.

“The team is growing nationally I’m particularly excited we continue to attract some of the most impressive talent to the practice and into partnership.”

Ms Bowe said she is excited to join the firm, particularly given the current climate and market appetite in her practice area.

“I’m particularly looking forward to working with the team. It’s an interesting time for workplace relations, particularly given the impending election and the trend in employment-related class action litigation,” she added.
