Terri Janke, director of the firm, said: “It’s a really big accomplishment that marks our growing strength as an innovative law firm in Australia.”
The whole-of-government legal services panel commenced on 15 August with the aim of meeting the diverse needs of Commonwealth clients. It is composed of over 60 small, medium and large firms working across Australia in a range of service expertise.
The panel will provide the bulk of the Commonwealth’s external legal services up until 2024. The procurement processes for the approved firms included an extensive period of consultation and evaluation by the Attorney-General’s Department.
“The panel consists of a broad spectrum of firms, specifically selected to cater for the range of the Commonwealth’s needs, ranging from specialist litigation to construction and infrastructure and workers’ compensation advice,” AG Christian Porter said.
