International audio visual distributor acquires Vantage Systems
Russell Kennedy Lawyers has advised Midwich Group Plc, via its Aussie subsidiary Midwich Australia Pty Ltd, on the acquisition of the trade and assets associated with the services business of Vantage Systems Pty Ltd.

Deal significance: According to a statement provided by Russell Kennedy, Midwich is a specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market with
operations across the UK and Ireland, Continental Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
Meanwhile, Vantage is a unified communications (UC) managed services business headquartered in Melbourne, providing managed services that support customers to maximise the utilisation of their UC systems, the firm explained.
