CORRS CHAMBERS Westgarth has scored a coup for its property and infrastructure team in Sydney, luring former Mallesons Stephen Jaques partner Andrew Flannery to the practice.

Flannery brings with him nearly two decades’ experience in property and infrastructure matters, specialising in leasing, major property sales and acquisitions, property development and project partnering between government and the private sector.

He has expertise in project delivery and development agreements for both government and private sector clients and in government tendering and probity issues. He has handled some of the largest leasing deals in Australia, including Telstra’s bid for Brisbane headquarters, which was one of the country’s largest-commercial office lease deals.
