INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY lawyer Derek Baigent has joined Griffith Hack as a senior associate in the firm’s Sydney office.

 
 

Baigent has moved across to the firm from Mallesons Stephen Jaques, and prior to that he worked with specialist UK intellectual property firm Bristows.

He has broad experience across intellectual property law, with a particular focus on paten litigation and intellectual property commercialisation.
